Danzantes Unidos de California Guinness World Record Attempt

Danzantes Unidos de California, a cultural network of Mexican folk dancers and artists, registered over 700 dancers to participate in the Guinness World Record Attempt for the “Largest Mexican Folk Dance.” The attempt took place on April 13 at Clovis West High School of Fresno, CA at the annual Danzantes Unidos Festival. We unofficially broke the current record of 457 dancers set in Guadalajara, Mexico. We will be submitting our footage to the Guinness World Record association to verify our attempt.
