Danzantes Unidos Festival DUF 2023 “BAILAR ES VIVIR” will take place on March 31, April 1 & 2 in Fresno, CA and honors the ongoing work of folklorico artists sharing culture and traditions across the United States and in Mexico. Registration is OPEN at www.danzantes.org . Early Registration ends Tuesday, December 27, 2022.

DUF Maestra since 2004, Irene Hernandez, MBA, has studied with a long list of maestros in México as well as the US. She is the director of award winning Sabor de México, who has performed throughout the US, as well as internationally. They have been to México, Canada, Brazil, Spain, and Italy. She is also the Founder & Producer of Sabor Latino,  a folklorico and open genre competition, that also awards college scholarships.

DUF 2023 (ages 13+) – Folklorico High: Baja California & Chihuahua

Chihuahua & Baja California Calabaceados. I have taken extensive workshops with Maestros in México & USA. In addition, I have been creating my own choreographies for over 30 years.

DUF 2023 will take place on March 31, April 1 & 2 in Fresno, CA.
