Danzantes Unidos is pleased to announce the return of DUF 2016 to Los Angeles, CA on March 18-20. Venues will include locations in East Los Angeles. Online registration will open in December of 2015 at www.danzantes.org

On October 4, 2015, Danzantes Unidos celebrated International Son de La Negra Day with spontaneous expressions of dance throughout downtown Los Angeles. We were joined in the merrymaking by members of Los Angeles based dance companies: Paso del Norte, Esplendor, Eterna Juventud, Raices de Mexico OC, Sol de Fuego, Ballet Folklorico de UCI & Pacifico Dance.   We thank Mariachi UCLAtlan for providing the musical backdrop.  Through the combined effort, they extend a “cultural welcome-mat” to folklorico dancers throughout the U.S. and Mexico to join us in the largest celebration of Mexican folklorico dance in the United States.
