Festival Sin Fronteras 2026 Puebla, Mexico welcomes Profra. Blanca Isabel Benítez Vargas as the Coordinator for FSF 2026 Puebla.  We are grateful for her guidance and perseverance over the last three years to bring this project to fruition.

Born in the city of Puebla, Puebla, she has over thirty-three years of experience dedicated to dance. She is a Professor and Technical Instructor of Mexican Folkloric Dance and a cultural manager deeply committed to the artists of Puebla.  She is constantly seeking out venues and support for various performing arts disciplines.

As a professional stylist and image consultant, she has taught makeup courses and has served as a judge in body-painting competitions. She has served as the Director of the *Ballet Folklórico Calpulli: Danzas y Tradiciones de México* for just over 23 years, overseeing the complete image and costume design for her company.

She has participated as a dancer, and currently as a director, in national folk festivals across seventeen states of the Mexican Republic, as well as in, international festivals in countries such as
France, Italy, Colombia, and Costa Rica.
